The Challenge

“Before we had the LanguageWire connector for our PIM, we would send texts for translation in Excel files. These files contained a lot of other necessary product information, and it was crucial that this information wasn’t altered while translating the product texts” explains Cindy Heinold, Product Information Manager at PO.P. Sending unwieldy Excel files led to mistakes and translation delays, which was quite frustrating for all involved.
